Hello! This is a big 2B2B condo with a huge outdoor patio. The apartment is on the third floor (Top floor). Multiple elevators are provided in the building. There is an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court in this condo. The washers and dryers are in the same building, right next to the apartment but on the second floor, it is probably like 30 seconds to walk. This condo also has a big garden and river. I am renting out one of the bedrooms, and you will use your own bathroom exclusively. The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture. The bedroom I am renting out has a new queen-size bed frame and a new Lucid form mattress. The parking fee is 60 a month. All other facilities such as internet, water, and electricity are included. The apartment is in Dadeland, it is 10 minutes walk to the Dadeland metro station, Target, Bestbuy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and the Dadeland Mall. It is convenient and safe to live in this quiet area.

I am a doctoral music student studying at the University of Miami. I am originally from China, and moved to Miami from NYC half a year ago. I have a grand piano in the living room and I usually practice at home for around 5 hours a day. It could be anytime between 9 am to 8 pm. The practice time period is negotiable. If you or your ears ever need a break, I am happy to stop practicing for a while. I wish you could keep the common area neat and clean and wash the dishes the day you use the kitchen. I hope you will live here without a partner. Indoor smoking is not encouraged, however, you could smoke in the patio area with the doors closed.
