Apartment is on top floor with lots of natural light and access to rooftop via fire escape. It’s fully furnished but furnishings in bedroom can be removed prior to move-in if desired. Current roommate is moving out and we are looking to take on a sublessee in a month-to-month arrangement with a 30 day notice prior to move-out.

Apartment is in an amazing location between Smith and Court streets. Plenty of restaurants and bars on both streets. About 1.5 minute walk to the F/G train (Bergen) and a 12 minute walk to A/C/E/N/R (Jay Street) and the 2/3 and 4/5 trains (Borough Hall).
