I have an empty room with private ensuite full size bathroom and walk-in closet. $875.00 month to month. This includes utilities and Internet. There will be a $300.00 non-refundable deposit. I will share the basic amenities. Feel free to introduce yourself. 15 minutes to Garner, Smithfield, Wendell, Knightdale and Raleigh. Only one person for this room. No stayovers. A bus line is unavailable in my area. You must have a car.

I am introverted, quiet and very clean. I prefer the same in a roommate. Hobbies: Travel, gym, television, movies, eating out, casinos, PS4 and reading. I work for the state. I love helping others. I welcome all races.
