Destalia's room

I have one room ready for rent, it can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefered. Monthly rent is included all bills (internet, water, electricity, gas). We have a parking area as well, not a garage. Bathroom is shared only between renters - so it will be you with one more person. My husband and I have our own bathroom. It’s a share house so you will be sharing all the common area such as kitchen, tv room, and laundry room with me, my husband, and our pets (a cat and a dog). I’m looking for housemates that are quiet, clean and considerate.

We’re married couple (28F and 32M) with a 4 months old puppy and a senior cat. Both pets are very friendly and love people. We are also friendly and mostly keep to ourselves.
