Sub-lease available now - 7/15/23. $580 rent plus $55 for the utilities and locker fee. This is a private room with it’s own bathroom in an all girl 4x4 apartment, furnished, amenities,water, electric, wifi and cable included.

To qualify: -you must make 3 times the rent ($1740)

• Have 600+ credit score -Have a guarantor or $500 to waive guarantor fee if you don’t have one. To Move in -$50 application fee
  -$150 admin fee at move in.
• 1st months rent -Renter’s insurance is needed beforehand or it can be done through the leasing office for $11.99 a month. All payments are made through the office.

All girls ages 20 to , we all share the living room and kitchen space. They are very clean and quiet.
