Hello! I saw your listing on Craigslist in regards to looking for a room. My name is Ashley and I am looking for a roommate to rent out one of the bedrooms of my home! The home is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, 2100 square. ft located in Selma/Schertz. It is super close to ALL amenities to include the forum, HEB, Walmart etc. I have a great dane who is super friendly! My boyfriend does stay with me as well but works alot and long hours so rarely around and is never a burden. Lastly, rent is $600 with ALL utilities paid for! You will have you own large bedroom, large closet w/ shared bathroom with other roommate who is also female. Seeking females only, no drama, and responsible!!
