Elegant and fully rehabilitated historic home currently shared by young professionals in law school, engineering, hospitality, and social work. One small, quiet, and lovable dog 100% cared for by his owner.

We have one large room available. It’s south facing, located on the third floor, and features original hardwood flooring. Your huge modern shower and lavatory are just across the hall, as are the full size clothes washer and dryer. This bathroom and laundry station is shared with one person. We installed sound insulation in the ceilings and walls. The halls and stairs are the only carpeted areas, for the same reason.

The house is a mix of young professionals. There are currently 2 women and 3 men in the home.
