It’s subsidized housing, so you do not pay me, you pay 30% of your income. Does not include food, and cable. A corner townhouse two floor 2 bedroom unit. Small kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. I have 2 cats. No other pets allowed. Backyard has a cute playground, and a spacious area to sit, and or layout. I have an ac unit that u can use, a tv that u can use, bureau, and it has a decent closet. I do have to get permission from my place before I can say yes. will be Added fees,but we will discuss after your rent is quoted.

I’ve never done this before and still not sure. I’m 45 and not working. I am looking for someone whom is working a lot, or if disabled, that’s fine to. I do however, like to be in my family room all the time and watch my shows, and have a pretty strict routine lol. Great sense of humor, always laughing, talking to myself or goofing around w the cats.Easily get along with anyone. I hate cooking, hopefully you like to. Ocd with cleaning, but HATE DOING DISHES! HOME IS ALREADY FURNISHED AND DO EXPECT, 100% RESPECT THAT YOU RESPECT MY STUFF AND THIEFS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL!! Smoking outside only! Let’s see who hits me up.
