Seeking female Roommates only. Prefer someone closer to my age 22-40. No couples, kids or pets. City restrict the amount of dogs you can have in the residence. Co housing. You are renting only one room, shared balcony and private bathroom. Room is 14 by 14 sq ft. One bathroom is upstairs hallway and the other is downstairs. The house has a total of 3 bedroom and 3 bath. You will live with a total of 3 people in the home.

All I ask is that you are clean and can clean up after yourself. Be comfortable around 3 dogs. They are always with me and no free roaming. Landlord requires 3 recent paystub, credit and background check.

I also tend to my dogs most of the time. I like to share and introduce new things to people and I like to do that towards cooking. But yeah, most of the time I keep to myself. If you need someone to talk or hang out with I’m there, but I like to give people their own space and privacy.
