My roommate and I are looking for someone (professional/graduate student preferred) for one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom of our 3bd/3ba townhouse in Downtown San Jose. We are conveniently located in a secured, gated building, walking distance from San Pedro Square and easy access to the 87, 101, and 280 freeways. Rent ($1180/month) includes water, garbage and HOA fees. Utilities is <$100/month. Also, security deposit is $1180, equivalent to one month’s rent.
