West Crimson Terrace

Located at Northpoint in the beautiful city of Vistancia. Clubhouse access included (heated pools, playground, volleyball court) a 5 min walk from home.

Mother-in-law like Suite with a private living area, storage closet, private bathroom, Private room and closet, and a kitchenette with mini fridge.

House is 4 bedroom 3 bath, currently shared by 3 tenants with two dogs. Landlord pet limit is reached so no additional pets allowed. Smoking allowed outside off of patio only.

Shared areas include garage, kitchen, living room, backyard. Shared kitchen is furnished with pot, pans, utensils, small and full appliances, etc that are all free to be used.

Must submit and pass a background check for $50 fee (our landlord uses RentPerfect to perform the background check).

There are three of us, M(25) M(28) F(47), we’re all related but are living as roommates. We all tend to stay in our rooms when not at work, and prefer a chill low key environment. We have two dogs, each of which stays with their respective owner and are very well mannered. We keep all shared spaces very well maintained and prefer our roommate to do the same. We are all marijuana friendly, but consumption is only allowed in the backyard just off of the patio.
