THE LEASE ENDS JUNE 23RD AND WE WILL MOST LIKELY ALL BE MOVING OUT. YOUR STAY WILL JUST BE FROM NOW TO, AT MOST, JUNE 23RD (unless something unexpected comes up). You are welcome to stay in the apartment for another lease cycle and find other roommates when we leave.

We split utilities which is another minor cost on top of the $1100 per month.

The property is Summerwood Apartments with the model being 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, and a balcony. You will have your own private room and bathroom while the remaining 3 of us will stay in the master bedroom. Our living room includes our desk setups against each wall, with a couch in the middle facing a TV. Since we’re leasing a private room, your desk, if you need one, can be situated there if you’d prefer that. Pets are allowed but you will be expected to pay a monthly pet fee to Summerwood which is around $35 to $50, as well as a pet deposit which is set to be $500 minimum. Also, since our living room has all of our computers, please make sure your pet will not disrupt or destroy cables, keyboards, mice, etc.

Three long-time friends who are currently in college at De Anza & SJSU. We have been recently juggling a 4th roommate so we’re looking for someone definite up until June 23rd. Our ages are 18, 19, and 20. We’re good with any age/gender up to around 30ish.

We’re really into movies, music, computers, art, animation, and gaming. We’re fairly quiet, not loud or disruptive, so if you’d prefer to be left alone that’s totally cool, but we’re also happy making a new friend.
