I’m looking for someone ( 1 person) who is nice, chill, like to keep our common space clean and neat after using and have a stable job to be able to pay rent on time.

No smoke, No drug, No pet (sorry I have a Husky) No party, No drama.

You will have access to everything in the apt and you are welcome to bring your stuff.

• Kitchen: stove, fridge, cabinet, etc. I’m not a neat freak but I like my living place clean and organize.
• Bathroom: share.
• Private room: spacious bedroom with window and attached closet. You will also have more storage outside the room around the house.
• 3 mins walking to the local park and 5 mins drive to the freeway.
• There is a front yard with one parking.
