Ideal location 📍 just off McLean Ave with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s less than a 10min walk to Woodlawn station where you can get the metro north into grand central in 25mins. The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly and safe. The property is a great deal for the space, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen and spacious private room. We have a dishwasher and the kitchen and living room would be fully furnished. Always easy street parking. I’m a soccer coach/trainer from the UK. I’m a very clean, tidy and respectful roommate and would expect the same. I’m a student too so sometimes do work in my own room, I coach in the evenings mostly 4-8pm so you’d have the evenings to yourself if you worked office hours. Let me know if interested. Thanks, Darryl
