We are offering a newly renovated unfurnished, large, private basement room and bathroom (not pictured) that is now available in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood right off 495…minutes from everything. The house is well-kept and clean with a modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The basement room can fit a King size bed as well as a small living room set and pub table set, the room also has a large closet and plenty of storage available upon request. You’re basically getting a studio apartment for the price of a bedroom rental. The basement room is approximately 320 square feet. There is a beautiful wood private fenced-in yard and a great private screened-in porch in the back that doubles as your private entrance into the space. Parking is available for 1 car parking.

The space/room is available for ONE person.Shared common areas are the kitchen and laundry space.

The rent includes ALL UTILITES electricity, heat, water, WiFi. 1st months rent, last months rent, and security deposit is required. AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM!!

We are a quiet couple that work fulltime and like to keep to ourselves. We each have a toddler (one that lives full-time at home). The ambiance of the house is quiet and peaceful (with the exception of our toddlers of course 😊 )… The house is VERY CLEAN, well-maintained, and organized.
