Washer/Drier in-apartment.

Room partially furnished, king sized bed, dresser, shower curtain/mats.

Personal walk-in closet.

It’s a nice area, the room is on the bottom floor and there is a small parking area right next to the apartment. Nice to walk around area, pond just across the road with a small gazebo and grassy area. Complex is near a ton of things (Archer/34th intersection, the nearest Publix is a 3 minute drive away) while also being far enough away to not hear traffic.

Move-in date is somewhat flexible.

Right now it’s just me, my old roommate is pretty much moved out though there are a few artifacts they have yet to come grab. (Excuse the mess in some of the photos, that is their stuff they are still moving out)

I’m pretty secluded myself, I stick to my room most of the time except when I’m cooking. I have guests over maybe once every few weeks for games, be it tabletop games (40k, MTG mostly) or videogames. I am quite friendly and very relaxed, up for being friends or just keeping to ourselves, doesn’t matter to me.

I do have some pets, one dog and 2 cats, very lovable and usually chill, though there is a chance they are leaving soon to live with someone else.
