LONG BEACH: EAST END, OCEAN SIDE!🌊☀️

This is a beautifully renovated first floor of a house; 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Separated living room and kitchen. New appliances, washer/dryer, outdoor patio and use of the yard, driveway use (also plenty of parking in front of the house). The shared bathroom will be completely redone prior to us all moving in! The landlord pays water and electric, we pay all other utilities. They are the sweetest couple and very active landlords if anything is needed. We do not live there yet, these are pictures from the current tenants. We will be signing a lease soon, February 15th is the ideal move-in date.

The landlords are looking for someone who is responsible, has a stable income, and great credit. You must be approved by the agency before the landlord will accept you as a 3rd tenant. Application requirements include: •Full credit report •Proof of funds •3 consecutive pay stubs OR 2022 W2 •1 months rent, 1 months rent for security, 1 month broker fee (split between us three)

Hi! I’m Gina and the other girl is Courtney💕 We are both 29, work full-time, friendly and very clean individuals.

Ideally, we would like to have a third roomie who is around our age and looking to enjoy each others company. We both love going to the beach, wine/movie nights, and hanging with friends.
