East 5th Street

The townhome is 4-bed/3.5 bath and 3-stories. It is family-owned and managed. The available bedroom is on the third (top) floor, private, unfurnished, and shares a bathroom with another roommate. All the bedrooms are privately leased to separate roommates, and the common areas (including kitchen, living room, laundry closet) are shared by all roommates. The current roommates are either young professionals or ASU students, approximate age ranges 21-35 and a mix of males and females. The available room comes with free uncovered/surface parking (parking permit). No pets or smoking allowed in the condo.

The room will be available for move-in February 1, 2023 or sooner, and the lease will extend through July 31, 2023 (approximately 6 months).

The ideal new tenant will be a young professional or student and is clean, friendly, respectful of others and common spaces, and responsible. Since the available room will share a bathroom with a female tenant, it is preferred, though not required, that the new roommate is female.

The condo community is gated, located near ASU Tempe campus, Tempe Marketplace, Riverview Mesa and Chicago Cubs stadium. The community features 2 pools, hot tub, dog park, walking paths, BBQ grills, and security.

The current roommates are young professionals or ASU college students, approximate ages 21-35 and a mix of males and females. There are currently 4 roommates and seeking one more.
