I’m quiet so I’d like someone quiet as well. My cat needs a friend so I’m looking for someone that is professional that has a cat as well, I don’t mind feeding your cat if you’re gone often or work alot. My cat is almost 1 so he plays a lot, he’s the sweetest. Unfortunately no older cats for he is too young it might be too much for them. 11x12 room big enough for a queen bed and furniture. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Looking to rent to a female that works and has other priorities than partying. Not a fan of alcohol at home and ppl coming home late making a bunch of noise. Im 34 professional. But I’m chill and kind. You get your own safe parking spot. Right Dt Rohnert park so it’s by everything and 101, very convenient. Grandfathered in so it’s not super new but it is homey and I try to keep it nice and comfortable. Need someone that cleans up after themselves and pitches in with cleaning and is respectful of others and space because I am. Pool that’s open during the summer, laundry. Need someone that is gonna stay long term because of my kitty. Im a private person so I’ll send pics if your legit.
