Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my listing! Here’s the scoop: We are two women living our best lives. We live active lifestyles but also enjoy hanging out, watching tv, and playing video games. We don’t eat meat so bonus points for vegetarian or vegan roommates.

The house: The house is in the Five Points neighborhood off of S Flores. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom two story apartment. There’s a washer dryer in the unit! It’s a 6 minute bike ride, 5 minute scooter ride, or 30 minute walk to SAC. Walking distance to a lot bus lines. Keeping the house eco-friendly is very important to us. No smoking cigarettes inside, must be 420 friendly. The house has a nice fence and is pretty private. NO HOMOPHOBES. NO RACISTS. NO TRANSPHOBES. NO SEXISTS.

The animals: We have a 45 lb lab mix, a turtle, a snake, a hamster, and five fish. We would be open to additional pets on a case by case basis. No birds, no ferrets.

Cost: $350/month. Utilities (electricity and wifi) normally average $100 per person. We often share the cost of groceries and toiletries. You’re welcome to use our Hulu/Netflix accounts!
