Water Place

Looking for a third roommate to fill one bedroom with its own bathroom and multiple closets. The unit available takes up the entire fourth floor of the townhouse. Utility bills are split evenly three ways. The townhouse has a shared carport, garage, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and workshop.

My roommate and I are career driven and work at our job sites. Both are neat and clean. Both of us are laid back and enjoy sports and video games in our spare time. We do not have pets and do not smoke.
