4. Upstairs Bedroom. Walk in Closet and Built in Drawers. Carpeted. Own HVAC system with Remote. Unfurnished

My Areas:

1. I stay downstairs in the finished man cave
2. I have my own bathroom

1. Laundry Room. New Samsung Washer and Dryer. Storage Room.
2. Kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Microwave, Microwave/Convection Oven, Oven, Range, Fridge
3. Garage. Will fit 2 smaller cars. I have a Ford Ecosport. Ample Storage.
4. Yards. Nice backyard that is 100% fenced in with vinyl fencing. Picnic table. BBQ. Patio Chairs. Patio.
5. I take care of all the outdoor maintenance. Cutting grass, etc…

I will be traveling 2-3 months at a time to Mexico to surf and then back in Michigan. I am healthy, active, awesome communicator, tidy, great cook and baker, love to BBQ, music fanatic.
