Temporary lease option 3, 6, 9, months. Private carpeted bedroom (dimensions 10’-8“ X 11“-4“) and private bathroom with tub/shower on 2nd floor of a townhouse sharing with single mother (in law enforcement) and teen son (and college-aged daughter who is there once in a while.) The townhouse has 4 bedrooms. Non-smoker desired and must not be allergic to cats (we have 2 who mainly stay downstairs). The rent will include all utilities and Wifi. Water view from your bedroom. Shared kitchen/living space but your room is also equipped with a mini-fridge, flat-screen tv with a firestick, a Dell desktop computer and monitor, closet and armoire for additional clothing storage. You can use your bed or we can furnish one for you. Community pool (additional cost of pool key made $25 one time fee). Full washer and dryer on second floor. Small back porch area with a few chairs and table. One car parking mainly in driveway or can use guest spot. Is a gated safe community and you’ll be given an electronic guest pass to come in and out of gate. The HOA is strict with vehicles and noise. No parking on street and no loud music. Trash pick-up every Tuesday and Friday for 7am pick-up. Female student/professional preferred. Maid service included, supplied about twice a month to clean your bathroom and vacuum your bedroom (if you wish). Front door keyless entry. Neighborhood is extremely safe and extremely clean. Streets and sidewalks are power washed regularly and are immaculate. Quiet lifestyle of renter is most compatible. Renting to only one person per room, thanks.
