It’s the master bedroom of this little house, that is furnished with a queen size bed, desk and chair, small table used as nightstand, small trashcan, and a small plastic 3 drawer dresser; all can be removed if desired. Unfortunately, street parking. Has a little backyard with a small bonfire pit and a power cage for pullups and dips, no barbell and weights yet. Has a community park within a 3min walk. There’s 3 icecream teucks that pass between 6pm to 8pm. Located about a 5min drive away from the San Luis Rey gate to base. There’s a Target, Walmart, movie theater, and plenty of food options within a 5 - 8min drive. About a 15min drive from the downtown Oside/beach.

It’s myself, my wife, and our 4 fur babies. The pups have interesting personalities that are entertaining, unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. I’m in the military and my wife works the night shift at an Animal ER hospital, so when we’re home we usually just like to nap, play with the pups, watch movies/shows and relax. We’re pretty clean; we do a deep clean of the house every Sunday and general cleaning throughout the week(usually consists of picking up after the dogs). We’ve had roommates before that have made us iffy on even wanting roommates again, but here we are staying positive! We just look for mutual respect towards each other’s lives, property, and views.
