Bidwell Drive

I am looking to rent my second room for at least 3 or 4 months (Sept-Dec would be ideal) but longer/shorter stays might be also possible. If I find the right person, price might be a bit negotiable.

The apartment is in an awesome location walking distance to the Fremont Hub, BART, Lake Elizabeth, and tons of restaurants and stores (Trader Joe’s, Target, Ross, 24h fitness, Kaiser, etc). Pool and gym in the complex. Plenty of street parking nearby.

The room is pretty good size and gets good natural light. It has a spacious closet, full size bed, big desk and comfortable desk chair. It also has a 24’’monitor with Roku to watch Amazon Video and Netflix.

Full access to kitchen and rest of common areas, only shared with me. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and stove and lots of appliances: coffee maker, panino grill, bread maker, juice maker, toaster… The apartment has central heat and AC. Utilities are split evenly between the two of us.

Please note I have a 2 year old cat who is very friendly. It is an indoor cat so you have to be comfortable with cats.

ABOUT ME: I am a 28 year old female, working in my masters in speech and language pathology. I also work part time a couple of days a week. I’m usually pretty busy with studies and work. At home I like to relax and chill, maybe watch some TV shows or read a book. I rarelly invite people over, I don’t smoke and only drink socially.

ABOUT YOU: Ideal candidate for this room would be someone, male or female, professional or student that is looking for a nice and comfortable place.
