I have a nice clean basement room well furnished with lots of storage space and its own bathroom. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Trader Joe’s and restaurants on a bike route and close to bus stops. Shared modern well-equipped kitchen. There is a lovely patio and yard. I’ve lived here for 20 years and enjoy the safe, well-established neighborhood close to central Denver where I’m comfortable walking at night. I have a cat who goes outdoors and has no litter; it would be very important that you like cats and are willing to look after him when I go out of town. Sheets and towels provided if you like; utilities are included in the rent.
