Tyler's room

It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a nice neighborhood. With a garage, backyard and front yard, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an AC and heater. There are two rooms available for rent.

I am a 25 year old male with a full time 5 day a week job I travel here and there to go home to Southern California and other places and I like to keep the place pretty clean and nice. I love sports, watching and playing them and watching shows and movies. I also like doing outdoor activities as well. I am looking for roommates who are stable with a job and are pretty cleanly and responsible and also easy to get along with and will be able to pay rent each month.
