Hello, my roommates and I have a room for rent opening up December 1st. It is a huge 3,000sqft house located in Delray Beach near Military Trail and Atlantic Avenue. Rent is $1400 per month. We have an in home gym, super fast wifi, driveway parking, brand new appliances including washer/dryer, and a small backyard.
