117 Porter St is a nice place. You will get your own private room, and the two rooms will be far from each other for privacy. The apartment also has a little patio, so you could feel free to use it. You do not have to pay for the water, as it is included in the rent, but the electric and sewer you have to pay. It is also like a 10 minute walk to the Oak Grove station, so you could feel free to use the train in your convenience.
