About the room
We welcome you to join our home in the quiet neighborhood of Saratoga Hills in Calabasas, 10 miles from Pepperdine. Living in the house is my Mom and I, and 2 dogs. You absolutely must love dogs. No smokers.
The room is upstairs and has an adjacent bathroom. I only say “shared” bathroom because at some point we will rent out the neighboring room, but for now, it’s yours… and mine when I want to take a bath (it’s got an incredible bathtub).
You have full use of the kitchen. We have a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and all the other amenities you would expect in a suburban home.
We have a big backyard with direct access to Chesebro Canyon, which has some great trails. There’s local markets (Erewhon and Albertsons) and restaurants, within walking distance. There is also the Agoura Rec Center nearby which has a gym and a rockwall, and is cheaper than most gyms.
ABOUT US: I am a 30 year old professional working in the entertainment industry. I also do a lot of artisan work in the garage. I watch a lot of movies and TV.
My mom is Polish and retired and will be in and out of the house, doing a lot of traveling in the coming months.
