About the room
Looking to fill a room in our 3 bedroom apartment! The apartment has central AC, laundry IN UNIT, and a large dishwasher in an incredible location!! 0.4 miles from the Bedford L and 0.4 miles from the Metropolitan G. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms nearby and quick one stop on the L into Manhattan!
The room is big enough for a queen desk, dresser, and table. The other two roommates are 26 and one of them has a small cat! The bedroom available does only have a small window and lacks significant natural light which may be a concern. We were think $1550 for the room because of the small window and $1750 for us with the larger windows.
