I live in a 2-story 1000 sqft townhome in the West JC neighborhood in Santa Rosa. The bedroom in question 11X11, the home has an in-unit washer-dryer, 1.5 baths, plenty of storage, heating, a fenced back patio, and is fully furnished (though would love new additions!!). The townhome complex has a laundry room, pool, and covered parking, and is in a great location. 10-minute walk to downtown SR, close to all your favorite restaurants on Mendocino Ave, around the corner from the JC, Coddington Mall, the 101, and parks! Rent is $1,225, utilites&wifi are roughly $100-$150 a month, and the security deposit is $500 upon move-in. The lease is up on April 15th, 2023, and in full transparency, I am considering downsizing to a one-bedroom. At the very least I will be here for the next 3 months whereby if you (the prospective roommate) want to continue living there once I leave, you can. I am looking for someone (any gender) between the ages of 18-28 as I myself am a young adult.
