AVAILABLE FEB 1ST Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublease my private room and bath in a 2b/2b apartment in Post Hyde Park starting February 1st to August with the option to renew.
The apartment includes a private office (Great for working at home), tub, in-unit full size washer and dryer, Central AC, and a spacious bedroom with bathroom. This place is a dream with 2 pools, outdoor grilles and picnic tables, car wash area, gym and dog park.
The neighborhood is super quiet and safe in a gated community. It is walking distance to the grocery stores, bars and restaurants with a less than 5 minute drive to UT.
I have really enjoyed living here, sad to have to leave. Roommate is a sales rep and is gone for half of the week most of the time. Very laid back and easy to get along with.
The base rent is about $1475 Utilities including cable/WiFi about 100-150 a month
