The apt is 2 blocks from Hermosa beach with a little patio on the back, walking distance to everything Hermosa beach has to offer, restaurant and bars. Washer and dryer in the apt I have a lab mix dog. So you must love dogs. The apt doesn’t allow a pet, my dog is a service dog so no more pets. I prefer female but also open to sharing with a male if you are a nice and clean.
