Angie's room

This is the lower level of my home. It INCLUDES 2 BEDROOMS with the intent of making one a living room to maximize your personal space. You have a small, private bathroom with a shower on the same level. Also includes a parking spot in an attached garage. Large fenced in yard with a garden, fire pit and chickens. Shared entrance with me and a large, shared kitchen. Plowed drive, lawn care, internet, washer & dryer and all utilities included. Furnished or not, up to you. Room to store some items if needed. I don’t require a lease but can offer one. I would like first and last months rent and ask for a 30 day notice when you leave.

I am a 50 year old woman staying active and enjoying life. Kids are grown and gone so I live here with my 2 cats and a dog. My animals are outgoing, very much a part of the household. You will need to enjoy animals, not just tolerate them. I, however, am private and keep to myself. My home is my sanctuary. It is where I go to be alone and recharge. A compatible dog is an option, Hank would love a friend. I don’t smoke or drink.
