Beautiful home located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood between I-30 and I-20. Only 2 blocks away from UTA. New floor and new paint. Beautiful front and back yards. Close to nice parks, shopping mall, and lots of restaurants. I am looking for a roommate between 8/28/2018 and 12/23/2018. You will have your own spacious room and own bathroom. Here is the type of person I’m looking for:

• Respectful - Respect my privacy, and I will respect yours.
• Clean - Doesn’t leave a mess around and cleans up after himself.
• Be able to live with quiet hours late at night - I work two full time jobs and a good night’s rest is important to me.
• Male gender preferred (Per my fiance’s request).
• No pets.

$480 a month and we would go 50/50 on shared utility bills. You can move in starting on 8/28/2018. Would need to bring your own bed and furniture.

Requirement:

• A background check will be conducted.
• Need proof of income.
• keep your own room/common area tidy.
• Sign minimum 3 months - maximum 4 months agreement.
• Deposit: ½ month’s rent
