Bedroom for rent within a newly remodeled duplex located on Mission Hills. Bedroom has closet and an exit to a balcony with a beautiful view. The room is located on one side of the duplex next to another room (for rent, currently unoccupied). There is a bathroom that will be shared with next room neighbor. Living room and kitchen are shared and furnished. The duplex has a small backyard as well. Rooms, kitchen and living rooms are located upstairs. A community office is set up downstairs for school/work quiet time. Downstairs is a 2 car garage and one space is available for extra cost. Washer and dryer are also located downstairs in the garage. The duplex is located at a 10 minute driving distance from UTEP, 6 minute drive to Albertson’s and 6 minute drive to Dollar Tree. Internet is already installed. I am a nursing student at UTEP. I am 29 years old and super friendly and kind. I currently don’t live in the property. The other roommate occupies the master bedroom. Very friendly, responsible, a little quiet and very respectful. She is a nursing student as well. We hope we can find another female to join our little home.
