Bedroom for rent within a newly remodeled duplex located on Mission Hills. The bedroom is furnished but if you prefer it to not be, I can get it cleaned out too. Bedroom has closet and an exit to a balcony with a beautiful view. The room is located on one side of the duplex next to another room (for rent, currently unoccupied). There is a bathroom that will be shared with next room neighbor, if room is rented. Living room and kitchen are shared and furnished. The duplex has a small backyard as well. Rooms, kitchen and living rooms are located upstairs. Downstairs is a 2 car garage and one space is available for extra $100. Washer and dryer are also located downstairs. The duplex is located at a 10 minute driving distance from UTEP, 6 minute drive to Albertson’s and 6 minute drive to Dollar Tree. Internet is already installed. I am a nursing student at UTEP. I am 29 years old and super friendly and kind. I currently don’t live in the property, l live with my boyfriend but keep an office downstairs for studying. The other roommate occupies the master bedroom and is 25. Very friendly, responsible, a little quiet and very respectful. She is a nursing student as well. We hope we can find another female to join our little home.
