The area is San Jose, near Senter Road and Capitol Expressway. 101 and 87 are both nearby. For public transit there are buses to downtown and Eastridge mall, a light rail station not too far away and a minimal service Caltrain station.

Room and connected bathroom. Share of utilities per person, I total up the utilities every month and divide by the number of people; Internet, PG&E, and Water. Room and bathroom have been recently repainted. New toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture in bathroom and shower door. Shared kitchen and living room. Clothes washer and drier in the garage. Storage per person in kitchen and garage. Central air cooling. Solar panels so PG&E is low-ish. Backyard with deck, small dog house from a previous tenant in the yard. Out door pets are fine. Carpets in most rooms so in house pets need to be well trained. Maid service for the shared areas 1/month, not part of the utilities, I pay for it.

Currently two other guys and myself. Me and one of the others generally keep to our own rooms, the third frequently uses the shared areas.
