The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk, 50“ tv with Netflix , and dresser. Our one is 2200 square ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are located in North Park at the end of a quiet cul de sac. There is a washer and dryer for you to use and all utilities, Wi-Fi , Netflix are all included. Our kitchen has recently been fully remodeled. We also have a complete outdoor kitchen with fire pits, outdoor fireplace and a large pool for you to enjoy in the warmer months. We are very family oriented and would love to have you in our household if we are a good fit. My husband is a service advisor for Lexus and I work with special ed pre schoolers for the San Diego Unified School district. I also teach dance for the City of San Diego. One of our sons lives with us and has an eight yr. old son who is here 2-3 days a week. He is real quiet and like to stay in his room playing video games when he is not in school. Our second roommate works for the Navy . He is real nice and gone a lot. Our home is very spacious , with French doors that open up to the outdoors. We do have 2 indoor/outdoor cats who are both very friendly.
