Fursman Avenue

Beautiful house (was featured on HGTV) in secluded neighborhood 10 mins from downtown. Half a block away from the Trinity River Trails. Two bedrooms to choose from, one has ensuite bath. Both come semi-furnished (they each have at least a bed). I have a dog, he’s super sweet, and he will definitely get attached to you because he loves people. Backyard with grill, TV, speakers, and fire pit. All bills paid except for electricity (would split evenly). Includes DirecTV with HBO/Showtime and high speed internet. I expect a roommate to be respectful of the space and tidy. I work in advertising, am super laid back, and like to enjoy a night of drinks and listening to music or just watching Netflix.
