Place: Cute 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom Townhome in quiet community, nice pool and great neighbors. I own the home and have a nice room for rent. It can be furnished or not, I’m flexible. Large closet! I do have a cat and prefer no other pets. Very clean and tastefully decorated. There is an enclosed porch and patio with bbq.

Me: 40’s Professional full time employed and my home is my refuge, so no party scene here. Friendly, funny, extremely responsible and considerate. Enjoy a pleasant, stress-free life. Try to be healthy and exercise, but not a fanatic, I enjoy a burger and a beer. ; ) No Drama, No Drugs.

Location: This location is Killer!! - 1 mile from beach, quick bike ride/walk/run. 2 miles from FLL, 2 miles from I95. Surrounded by nature - no other buildings. Backed up to a West Lake Park on one side (tennis/handball/kayaking/basketball/picnics) and golf course is my back yard on other side. Parking on site. Shopping center 1 block away with Walmart Fresh, Walgreens, cleaners, dollar store, nails, restaurant.. 2 blocks away much bigger shopping with Publics, Starbucks, nails, hair, multiple banks and some restaurants, you get the picture.
