About the room
It’s a private house. Its a safe, quiet and clean area. There’s transportation near by and a lot of commercial stores and restaurants near by. I live with my husband, but he barely home due to his job. I’m renting out one room that unfurnished with shared bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen, but you must keep it clean. The owner of the house lives downstairs. He likes it quiet. It will be one month of rent plus security deposit. The are rules in this property no loud music, no guests, no sleepover, no slamming doors, no smoking or drinking, no parties, no talking loud, must walk softly and quiet into the apartment.
About the roomies
My husband and I we are a quiet and clean couple. We work full time job. I am home on the weekend. We are friendly and respectful and honest and trustworthy couple.
