So the apartment is located in the Garden Village apartments in the Garden City area of Cranston RI. It’s a two bedroom and I’m open to sharing the second bedroom with someone else. I’ve lived here two years and the area is quite pleasant. There’s parking and the utilities and internet is included in the rent. The room is furnished with a flat screen TV and full size bed. You have your own closet and are welcome to other parts of the apartment (living room, kitchen, etc.) Theres also plenty of storage room in the kitchen. I prefer a roommate of the LGBT community but anyone who is down to earth and respectful is more than welcome. Theres wall to wall carpet so please remove shoes at the door. If you forget, no big deal, just try to remember in order to keep the carpet clean. I don’t mind smoking. The apt is 420 friendly. There’s a number of grocery stores near by. Laundry located on site. We have another apartment complex less than 1/2 a mile up the street with a gym, pool, tennis court, yoga class, etc. Please if you are interested don’t hesitate to contact me.
