I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom of my AMAZING 2 bedroom 2 bath DTLA loft. We have concert floors, floor to ceiling square pane warehouse windows, giant walk in closet, central air and in unit washer/dryer. Its a corner unit with incredible natural light. I’ve lived in downtown for almost 11 years now and its by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived! The amenities alone are worth every penny! We have a pool/jcuzzi, rooftop lounges with fire pits and bbqs, a killer gym and with in walking distance to delicious restraints and fun nightlife. The building is pet friendly. I do have a cat named Gustav. Monthly parking is available in the lot next door. Utilities are not included. I’m a young creative professional who is clean, respectful and responsible.
