We have 2 rooms for rent from $850 to $950 in a quiet residential neighborhood in Malden, 5 minutes walk from Oak Grove T Station on the Orange Line. We are looking for someone to share the apartment with other young professionals and graduate students. We are looking for a lease from now-July (first, last month rent and security deposit). Utilities are not included. No smokers, no pets. The apartment has: Onsite Washer and Dryer. Dishwashing mechine. New Eat-in kitchen, size 180 square feet (16.13 square meters) Hardwood living room, size 196 square feet (18 square meters)

Plenty of street parking. No off-street parking available. Water bill is included in the price, but the rest of utilities are not.

The Orange Line connects to all other T lines, and it’s particularly convenient for commuting to New England Medical Center, Tufts Medical School, Downtown, Chinatown/South Station/Business District, Northeastern University, and Bunker Hill Community College. The apartment also has easy access to I-93, Rt-60, Rt-16, Rt-107, Rt-1 & 1A, and Rt-28 (Which driving will take you downtown in 15 minutes).

It is also a 10 minute walk from downtown Malden, where you can find an array of shops, supermarkets (Stop & shop, Super 88, etc), cafes, gyms, etc.

And if you like to spend time outdoors, it’s also about a 15 minute walk from Fellsmere Pond where you can enjoy a relaxing walk; and 5 minutes from Middlesex Fells Reservation, where you can go mountain biking, hiking, canoeing/kayaking and fishing. There’s also a free outdoor community pool (only in the summers) & YMCA within a 7 minute walk.

There are two rooms in the second floor and 3 rooms in the third floor. There third floor will be occupied by 3 male college students. The two rooms on the second are available.
