I have a 2b2b apartment with the guest bed+bath available to rent out. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet, a window looking into the patio. The apartment has ample sunlight coming in. The living room and kitchen is quite spacious with good storage space. There is a washer-dryer unit in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with central heating-cooling and has good ceiling height.

I am hardware engineer working in an EV automotive company based in Palo Alto. I prefer roommates who are clean & tidy, non-smoker. I do not have pets but I am pet-friendly.
