Southwest Secretariat Terrace

I own my house and live there with my two children and puppy. You would have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and I would prefer all other living spaces would be shared. I have landscapers, hot tub, wifi, two car garage, three car driveway. I have a daytime job so we are typically home between the hours of 6:00PM and 7:00AM. This maybe a good situation for a college student or single working female. House is non smoking. Smoking outside is ok. Alcohol is ok but this will not be a party house. My kids are with me 95% of the time. Must be ok with occasional sitters coming over to watch my children. Close to a couple different grocery stores, gyms, lots of restaurants etc. Not far from the bus line. Let me know if you are interested!
