About the room
Our home is a tri-level, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath model located in our quiet neighborhood right behind the N.Texas Raleys Available room is 10ft 4in X 9ft 6in Walk in closet 4ft X 4ft 4in all rooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom amongst the rented rooms.
PG&E/water are split amongst everyone. We cover Trash and Wifi (1Gb/sec). We also have solar panels which will help cut down on cost.
About the roomies
Everyone in home works full time and or has school full time. Were a younger couple in our mid 20’s. We enjoy computer gaming, and tabletop games. we have one super friendly small pit mix.
