In search of one or two ~clean~ roommates under the age of 30 with no kids or pets in a two story townhouse down nine mile in a gated community near Navy Federal. I would be your 3rd roommate. 23/F, clean, keep to myself. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, all hardwood floor, super spacious living room and kitchen, new washer and dryer, garage, backyard w pavilion and the community pool will be done in time for warm weather! attached are pics of the two rooms, and the shared bathroom for them. $650 per room. Utilities are split three ways which is about $100 per month each. Fabulous price for a new, quiet neighborhood and so much space. Tenant will submit application to the landlord for approval.
