The house is in a great location in Napa. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to be in with plenty of parking. You can feel safe running in evening. The backyard is beautiful, spacious and has fruit trees. The living room is also very nice with lots of seating. Kitchen is also very nice as well as the bathroom.

The room itself has wood floors, is white and very nice. Has window looking into backyard and door is right across shared bathroom. You are able to fit queen mattress, tv, small table and have room to move around. You have your own closet.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be in Napa and be in a safe, secure area.

Roommates are great and have had no issues. We all keep to ourselves and generally respect each other. We all have different schedules and sometimes you’ll have the house to yourself. In general we are great to be with and are respectful of each others space.
